REGISTRATION FOR 2010-2011 ACADEMIC YEAR.

Thank you for your interest in ILM Academy! We are currently accepting applications for the Montessori program for ages 3-5 and for elementary grades up to 3rd grade. Registration will continue until all available spots are filled. We also have openings for the remainder of the 2009-2010 academic year in 1st and 2nd grades for which we are still accepting applications.. We welcome all applicants and ask that you follow the registration procedure as outlined below:

Submit the following documents upon initial application:

• Application form
• $50 non-refundable registration fee

• Copy of previous year’s report card (if applicable)

Submit the following documents before enrollment:

• Copy of birth certificate or passport

• Hearing and vision screening for all 4 and 5 year old students

(on Physician’s Health Statement form)
• Medication Authorization Form (if needed)
• Full tuition (options I, II, III, or IV)
• $100 non-refundable activity fee
• Emergency Contact Form
• Pick-Up Authorization Form

The school does not discriminate in enrollment on the basis of race, gender, religion, or national origin. The school reserves the right to refuse admission to students on the basis of special needs that cannot be accommodated reasonably within the school’s capabilities or on the basis of misrepresented information in the application process. All students entering the Montessori program must be 3, 4, or 5 years of age by December 31. All 3 year-olds must be fully potty trained. All 1st graders must turn 6 by December 31.
